Soil Regeneration
Rebuilding fertility through organic matter, earthworms, compost, observation, and the biology of living soil.
Restoring Land.
Regenerating Soil.
Preserving Heritage.
Among the pines and quiet waters of Central Florida, we are learning to work with the land rather than apart from it.
Discover Our Story ↗The Swedish Farm is more than a farm or a collection of separate businesses. It is an integrated ecological enterprise in which living soil, native habitat, water, plants, animals, and education all belong to the same story.
Our approach is Diversification Through Integration™: each endeavor supports the next, cultivating a healthier landscape and preserving the knowledge learned along the way.
Our work is guided by stewardship of the systems that sustain us.

Rebuilding fertility through organic matter, earthworms, compost, observation, and the biology of living soil.

Making room for the wildflowers, insects, birds, and other species that belong to Florida's landscapes.

Recognizing that ponds, shorelines, wetlands, and soil moisture shape the health of everything around them.

Stewarding Florida's agricultural heritage while sharing practical ecological knowledge across generations.

Here, Florida's pine flatwoods and waters are not a backdrop. They are teachers. We pay attention to the changing light, the sandy soil, the plants that return, and the wildlife that finds its way home.
Good stewardship begins with attention, not instruction.
These are the working and developing expressions of our stewardship philosophy.

Learning through hands-on care of heritage sheep and thoughtful pasture management, while honoring the livestock history of Florida.

Small-scale nursery propagation, food forest cultivation, herbs, and learning through plants grown on the farm.

Rotational animal care and pasture improvement within the broader soil-building and nutrient-cycling system.

Restoring ecological relationships across pine flatwoods, native plant communities, and wildlife habitat. Our work begins with observing what is already here and protecting the conditions that allow life to return.

Our books are an extension of the farm: clear, accessible explorations of soil, ecology, permaculture, rewilding, and the relationships that sustain living systems.
Through The Ecological Renaissance Collection and other titles, our guiding question remains: Why before How.
Some titles are published; others pictured here are works in development. Publication and purchasing details will be added as verified.

A woman-owned regenerative farm in Central Florida, growing local culinary herbs and specialty plants while tending soil, animals, and native habitats.
As our barn pickup program opens, we plan to offer preordered pasture-raised eggs, nursery plants, tea blends, and worm composting starter kits for local collection. Availability and pickup dates will be announced before orders begin.
Ask about farm pickup ↗A working farm where regenerative agriculture, ecological restoration, heritage preservation, and education come together as one living system.
As The Swedish Farm grows, we look forward to welcoming visitors for hands-on workshops, vermicomposting education, food forest planting days, and guided stewardship walks. These experiences are part of our future plans and are not yet open for booking.
Our mission is to build a productive, increasingly self-sustaining farm where resources are thoughtfully used, organic materials are returned to living soil, and each endeavor supports the next. From the earthworms beneath our feet to the native habitats surrounding us, we believe a working farm can demonstrate what it means to live in relationship with the land.
